Who we are

This website is run by Devmam Flourish Foods LLP, which sells Mamta Bhoj chakki atta, maida, sooji and besan from its facility at Gata No. 402, Village Malau, Chaubepur, Tehsil Bilhaur, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 209203. In this policy, “we” means Devmam Flourish Foods LLP.

If you send an enquiry on our contact page, we collect what you type into the form:

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs when a page is requested. These include your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response code, and basic browser details such as your browser and device type and the page that referred you. We use them to keep the site running, to find faults and to block abuse.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, the enquiry form uses a hidden field, a minimum-time check and a limit on how many enquiries one connection can send in a short period. The connection limit is held in the server’s memory only and is not saved with your enquiry.

How we use it

Who can see it

When you send an enquiry, it is saved on our website server, emailed to our team as a notification, and forwarded to a customer-relationship management (CRM) service configured for this website, so that enquiries can be followed up. The notification email is sent through Zoho Mail. The website runs on a server hosted by DigitalOcean. Only our authorised staff can open the website’s admin area where enquiries are listed.

Cookies and tracking

The public pages of this website do not set cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools on them. A cookie is used only when our staff sign in to the admin area; it is not set for ordinary visitors.

Third-party services you may contact

How long we keep it

Enquiry and newsletter records are kept until we delete them; they are not deleted automatically. Copies also exist in our server backups. You can ask us to delete your record (see “Your choices and rights”). Server access logs are rotated daily and about 14 days of logs are kept on the server.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on our server, access to the admin area requires a login, and form input is checked and cleaned before it is saved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask to be removed from newsletter updates at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond to your request. Where the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you.

Children

This website is meant for people running or buying for a business or household. It is not directed at children.
